Kinya Nomura and Xiu-Fang Xin are research associates in MSU’s Plant Research Laboratory. They are part of a research team that discovered how certain climate conditions, especially high humidity, can create disease outbreaks in plants. Xin was the lead author of the paper that is published in Nature.
